haha.. back from camp liao.. tired.. slept for ard 3 hrs.. haha.. damn tired and serious muscle ache.. hmm.. first day of camp, we haf pattern training b4 normal training.. the normal training was quite alrite.. we did some kicking.. the rotational sparring with the seniors was veri tough.. but they gave us veri good advice.. den got one senior veri powerful and fast.. he gave me a push kick and i fell on the ground cos its veri fast and unpredicted.. hmm.. den it was tiring hafing to spar with ard 6 seniors continuously.. haha.. den tat was the first day.. at night, we could not slp.. and the seniors even brought us to the vending machine selling instant noodles.. den they ate but i haf no appetite.. den after tat i and other 2 gals sat with a few seniors until ard 3 sth in the morning.. i sat there cos inside the gals' domitory, a few guys were doing story telling of the encounters they had and the stories of the "invisible".. den i was too timid for tat.. thus i went outside to listen to the seniors playing guitar and den one of the senior toking.. den after tat went to slp.. but could not slp.. haha.. first nite mahz.. den keep turning ard.. den in the end i tink i slept for o ni 1-2 hrs or lesser.. haiz.. damn tired.. just like haf not slept a wink lidat.. den second day training was quite hiong.. morning after we ate breakfast.. we got physical training.. it was running ard whole sch.. den in between got several stations such as frog jump, jumping jacks, push up, sit up, sprinting, abdominal muscle training, etc.. after tat we had lunch and rest.. den there was the treasure hunt game.. but it was quite different from the normal one.. we haf to wear our guards and paddings and run ard the whole sch.. we had to run back to FC5 each time we found the colour of the paper for our grp at the place to complete a task, such as side split, 360 degrees turning kick, leg raise, jumping jacks, shouting, raising kick and cartwheels.. one person in the grp haf to complete one task at least.. den they will gif us clues and we haf to run to the destination again and back and so on.. it was damn tiring.. feel like dying when we were running.. but we haf to endure.. haha.. somemore my grp colour is pink, my favourite colour.. haha.. den we came in first thus we dun need to do forfeit.. den the last 2 grps haf to forfeit.. the last second grp haf to run through mud water to get the targets in the field.. the last grp even more cham.. they haf to run and do sit ups in the mud water b4 getting the targets.. damn cham.. their gee pants were covered with mud.. dunno can wash clean anot.. den after tat is normal training again.. we did some physical exercise and sprinting.. den after tat pattern.. at nite, some of the guys came over to the gals' domitory to play card games and scrabble and chess.. haha.. den after tat wanted to go eat instant noodles again but the vending machine was off.. den sian.. went back to dom to continue card games.. haha.. den ard 3 sth in the morning, we went to slp.. this time i slept the moment i lie down.. haha.. cos real tired.. next morning wake up, got serious muscle ache.. but still got training.. we learnt leg raise and unarmed combat.. the unarmed combat was quite fun but not for tkd lah.. haha.. cos a senior taking the training so was not veri tough.. den after tat is pattern again.. with tat, we ate lunch and went home at ard 2 sth in the afternoon.. damn tired.. haha.. but overall the camp was quite fun.. and the food was not bad.. haha.. = ).. but from this camp, i learnt quite a number of things.. tat are endurance, stamina and sparring.. haha.. hmm.. tats all bah.. tomorrow got sch.. haiz.. sian.. so fast start sch.. haven enjoy enuff.. haha.. = p
